The SilverSneakers® Fitness Program is an innovative health, exercise and wellness program helping older adults live healthy, active lifestyles. Get fit, have fun, make friends!Individuals who have Medicare coverage through their insurance company (usually age 65+) are eligible to take SilverSneakers' fitness classes for FREE. Non-SilverSneakers members who are members of the center pay $3 per class.
