Adaptive Recreation Program

We are extremely excited to be partnered with Empower Sports & Brook Park Recreation to bring the joy of inclusive sports to our community! We now offer three fun and instructional sports activities throughout the year. Soccer in Middleburg Heights in the Spring, Softball in Brook Park in the Fall, and Basketball in Middleburg Heights in the Winter. Please check back for registration information.

Empower Sports exists to enrich the lives of athletes with diverse challenges through sports and exercise while promoting kindness, character, and relationships. We believe that athletes of all ages and abilities should have an opportunity to participate in the games they love.

ADAPTED AQUATICS:

Bubble Buddies 1 – (1–6 years old)

Bubble Buddies 2 – (6 – 13 years old)

Aquatic Achievers – (13 – 22 years old)

FREE eight week 30 minute swim class. The Bubble Buddies 1 class is a parent and child class where we focus on water safety. The Bubble Buddies 2 class is a one on one class with young students focusing on water safety and learning to swim. The Aquatic Achievers is for our older students who focus on exercise and fun in the water. We run four eight week sessions on Mondays nights throughout the year. Space is limited. Location – Middleburg Heights Community Center, 16000 Bagley Road, Middleburg Heights, OH 44130.
