On November 7, 1989, the people of Middleburg Heights voted to establish a Mayor’s Court as prescribed by state law. Mayor’s Court handles misdemeanor criminal and traffic offenses.

The court office is open Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) from 9 a.m. to noon and from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
