Indian Creek Relief Sewer

The Indian Creek Sanitary Relief Sewer Project has begun and is expected to continue through October, 2027.

Construction continues to progress on the Indian Creek Relief Sanitary Sewer Project. Current work includes:

• Installation of 24-inch sanitary sewer pipe along Indian Creek.
• Preparation for manhole installation at Boring Pit #1.
• Concrete placement in Boring Pit #2 in preparation for upcoming boring operations.
• Installation of sand in the annular space between the carrier and casing pipes from Saratoga to Lexington Green.
• Sawcutting from MH 205 to Saratoga Trail to allow continued sewer installation.
• Ongoing boring and casing pipe installation east of Saratoga.
• Continued excavation and construction of the bore pits between Saratoga and Lexington Green.

The contractor is also continuing work on the underground sewer system, including the installation of 60-inch sewer pipe along Indian Creek. Underground structure construction, which began July 27, is continuing as the project moves forward.

Traffic Update

To safely accommodate construction, Indian Creek Drive will be restricted to one-way eastbound traffic between Baldwin Creek and Gerald Drive for portions of the project. Motorists are encouraged to use caution when traveling through the area, allow extra travel time, and follow all posted traffic control signs.
