The City of Middleburg Heights is pleased to announce the return of the Middleburg Exterior Maintenance Opportunity (MEMO) Grant for 2026, an initiative aimed at supporting homeowners in our community with the cost of exterior repairs, renovations, improvements, and exterior property maintenance code remediation.
Applications will be accepted beginning on April 1, 2026, and we encourage all eligible property owners to apply. The application process is simple, and the funds will be awarded on a first-come, first served basis.
