RIBBON CUTTING: 360 ORTHODONTICS EXPANDS AND INVESTS IN MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS

Mayor Gary W. Starr, Councilman Bill Meany, and Director of Economic Development Charles Bichara recently celebrated with Dr. Shabbir Adenwalla the ribbon cutting for his new building for 360 Orthodontics. Dr. Adenwalla has been practicing orthodontics for 36 years, and purchased the existing 4,000 square-foot building at 19053 Bagley Road and constructed a new addition to double its size.

This new building for 360 Orthodontics, as well as the rest of the current development projects, brings a new energy and excitement to Middleburg Heights. This expansion project reflected a total investment of over $3 million into the city.

“We are proud to have such a beautiful building at the gateway to our community as 30,000 vehicles pass in front of this building each day. I want to thank Dr. Adenwalla for his investment in Middleburg Heights. He is truly a valued member of the Middleburg Heights business community.” said Mayor Starr.

Mayor Starr and City Council worked with Dr. Adenwalla to facilitate the retention of his successful and growing dental practice that now has four (4) physicians and over twenty (20) support staff.

Right now, there is over $100 million of development either under construction or in the planning process in Middleburg Heights. One of the projects is the new Residence Inn by Marriott next door to 360 Orthodontics. The Residence Inn project will include a beautiful, new
112-room hotel and a new 12,000 square-foot retail building in front of the hotel.
