The gazebo is located in the heart of the Middleburg Heights City Hall Campus. It is surrounded by beautiful landscaping and trees groomed by City Arborist Rich Bunce and our Service Department.

Our gazebo is the perfect place and a unique venue for weddings, graduation parties, or special events. (On that note, the City thanks the Hamar family for recently reserving the gazebo as part of their wedding* celebration. The photo above shows the happy couple getting off to a beautiful start at the gazebo.)

Use of the gazebo is on a first come, first served basis. Reservations can be made – up to five months in advance – by calling City Hall at (440) 234-8811 and asking for the Mayor’s Office.

You’ll also need to fill out the form found here and send it to the mayor’s office to complete your reservation

There are no strict time limitations on reservations, but it is best to book for the entire day.

If you are booking the gazebo for a certain amount of time please make sure that the reservation allows for any decorating, photographs, cleanup of the area, etc.

There is no residency requirement nor is there a fee for reserving the Gazebo. However, the person or party reserving MUST fill out the form mentioned above to provide City Hall with the necessary information, including the person who will be responsible in the event of any damage.

The gazebo has an electrical outlet that can be used for microphones, music, etc. The gazebo may be decorated as long as nothing is permanently affixed (i.e., no nails, staples, tacks, or anything that would damage the structure in any way).

During the summer months the bunting as well as hanging baskets of flowers are in place on the gazebo. IT IS IMPERATIVE that the bunting and hanging baskets not be removed.

The gazebo and general area must be cleared of decorations, any debris, etc., and in its original condition when your event has concluded or you will be charged for the cleanup.

If there are any changes to date, time, etc., or any cancellation, we ask that you please call us so we can make that time slot available for other events.

The city does NOT provide chairs, but you have permission to bring your own.

* The City of Middleburg Heights does not have a wedding officiate, nor does the mayor perform weddings.

The Middleburg Heights Community Center has party rooms that are perfect for wedding receptions. You can learn more by calling (440) 234-2255.
