Facility Rental Rates & Policies

The Middleburg Heights Community Center offers a 5,000 square foot banquet facility to host your wedding reception, special occasion, shower, after prom, corporate event, or meeting. We also have party rooms for children’s birthday parties, an outdoor pavilion for picnics, an outdoor gazebo for weddings and special events and an indoor & outdoor pool for group swim parties.

Community Rooms


The community rooms offer a 5,000 square foot banquet facility with upscale décor. It's a great place for large or small gatherings. Maximum seating capacity is 250. We also have a portable dance floor. The community rooms are the perfect setting for a wedding, shower, special occasion, after prom, corporate event, or meeting. 2020 MHCC Rental Rates


The Community Center's classroom provides a suitable setting for learning, seminars, discussion groups and meetings. It's also great for birthday parties. Tables and chairs are provided to accommodate up to 30 people. 2019 Birthday Party Rental Information
Outdoor Pavilion


This 30' x 50' shelter has 10 large picnic tables with seating for 60 adults. It's the perfect setting for group cookouts, informal meetings, family reunions and birthday parties. It's located near the baseball diamonds and playground, and is surrounded by plenty of green space for sports and fun. You can also plan on swimming at the Middleburg Heights Community Center.
Dolphin Room


The Dolphin Room is located right off the indoor pool deck. It can accommodate parties with 25 or less guests and is available in 3-hour blocks of time. Rental fee includes exclusive rights to the Dolphin Room for you and your guests, three hours of swimming, and back-and-forth privileges to the room. Facility Rentals FAQs

Can you serve alcoholic beverages?

Yes, you must provide us with insurance that lists the City of Middleburg Heights for 1 million dollars for the day of your event, and that covers host liquor liability. You must also have a policeman on site. They receive $35 per hour and arrangements are to be made through the facility rental coordinators.

Do you have to be a resident of Middleburg Heights to rent the rooms?

No, you do not need to be a resident.

Can we bring in our own caterer?

Yes you can. If they are using our main kitchen, they must sign a contract and pay a $75 fee and also provide insurance.

Is there a minimum amount of hours that you must rent for?

Yes, there is a 2 hour minimum for rentals in the Classroom & .

Do any of the kitchens have a stove?

No, each kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven and kitchen A has a double convection oven.
