Middleburg Heights is partnering with We Thrive Together to offer individuals 60 years and older a way to Talk, Laugh, Play, Sweat, and Connect from the comfort and safety of home. The virtual programming includes games, presentations, discussion groups, exercise classes, virtual trips, and so much more. The City of Middleburg Hts. Rec. Dept. in partnership with the Virtual Brain Health Center is proud to announce a full schedule of FREE virtual brain & wellness courses for the residents and friends of Middleburg Heights compliments of Mayor Matt Castelli and the Recreation Department.
