Parkway Dance Centre is holding its 11th Harvest for Hunger campaign in November. This year PDC is partnering with the Middleburg Heights Food Pantry located in the MHJH building.
“The donations we collect from our generous and supportive students will be given to our community,” says Sandi O’Malley, owner of Parkway Dance.
O’Malley believes in providing outreach programs to serve the Middleburg Heights community. “These small outreaches teach our students to be grateful for what they have and to learn to pour into others who are not as fortunate as they are,” she said.
O’Malley adds that any prospective student in the Middleburg Heights area who enrolls at the studio during the month of November will receive December’s tuition free of charge if they make a donation of canned food. It’s the studio’s way of saying “thank you” to those who support the pantry.
