Work is underway on the Sapphire Corporate Center, a new 300,000 square foot industrial building just north of Fat Head’s brewery along Interstate 71.
The former Gene Norris dealership and Sunnyside Collision Center building on Bagley Road has been demolished to make way for a new Raising Cane’s and the first CLEan Express Car Wash in Northeast Ohio. This project also includes the future construction of a new commercial building at the rear of the property.
Construction is nearing completion on a new building at the corner of Bagley and Engle Roads, which will house an IHOP, Jersey Mike’s Subs, and Tropical Smoothie Café.
