Employment Connection helps businesses find and train workers

The City has partnered with Employment Connection to provide Middleburg Heights businesses with free help in finding new hires and training existing employees.

Employment Connection is a federally funded workforce program administered by the City of Cleveland and Cuyahoga County. Its goal is to assist companies with employee placement, training and retention. It does so at no cost to either party.

Whether you’re looking to fill one position or 30, entry-level or executive, Employment Connection’s team can help you find the right employees easily and quickly, and reduce the time and money spent during the hiring process.

Employment Connection’s Business Services Team also has the latest information regarding training grants. You may be able to qualify for funds to upgrade the skills of new hires or advance the abilities of your existing workforce.

If you are looking to hire someone right now, please visit Employment Connection’s website at www.employmentconnection.us and click on the link to “Business Services” to complete a Job Order form.
