This month the Cuyahoga County Department of Public Works begins reconstructing Bagley/Pleasant Valley Road from Pearl Road to York Road in Middleburg Heights and Parma.
Local access for adjacent properties and streets will be maintained. Two-way local traffic will be maintained except for the bridge over Baldwin Creek (between 130th Street and Pearl Road), where local traffic will be maintained on one lane through the use of temporary traffic signals. Thru-traffic will detour using a combination of Pearl Road, Sprague Road, West 130th Street and York Road.
The project is expected to be completed in October 2017. Drivers are asked to be patient when dealing with the inconveniences of construction.
