Spring Severe Weather Awareness

Spring brings the increased possibility of flooding, severe thunderstorms, tornadoes, and associated hazards such as hail, high winds, and lightning strikes. Please be ready and know what to do if a tornado warning is issued.

March 19-25 is Severe Weather Awareness Week. The Statewide Tornado Drill is scheduled for March 22 at 9:50 am. This includes households, schools, and places of work.
