Healthy eating, combined with a regular exercise program can positively impact health and wellness. This is just one of many reasons that LifeWorks of Southwest General – the hospital’s premier health and fitness facility – will now offer members fresh, organic food from TreeHugger’s Café.
TreeHugger’s Café at LifeWorks of Southwest General will open on Monday, March 16. The menu will feature a variety of selections from salads to sandwiches to soups to beverages and more. In addition to vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and RAW options, TreeHugger’s Café specializes in Wild-Caught Seafood. Their hours of operation at LifeWorks will be Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-8 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m.-noon. Takeout is available by calling 440-816-4217.
“LifeWorks’ mission pairs nicely with that of TreeHuggers Café. We share the goal of providing community members with options at their local health and fitness facility that will help them create and sustain a healthy lifestyle,” explains Karen Raisch-Siegel, executive director, LifeWorks of Southwest General. “At LifeWorks, we believe that everyone has the potential to live their very best life. Eating well is a major component of this. We are honored to be able to offer our members the benefits and deliciousness of TreeHugger’s Café.”
