MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS SENIOR RESIDENTS CAN BE PREPARED FOR EMERGENCIES

emergency-preparedness

With the support of Mayor Gary Starr, the Middleburg Heights City Council and the Energizer Corporation, the Middleburg Heights Fire Department has been able to assemble several items that would help prepare your household in times of a disaster. The “Emergency Preparedness Guide”, provided by Cuyahoga County and the flashlight from Energizer Corporation will help you in the process to assemble your home disaster kit. This will be available to our Middleburg Heights Seniors, 65 or older, during the month of November. You can come to the Fire Station at 15800 Bagley Road, Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. ONLY, to pick up these items. Please bring a form of identification and or proof of residency. There are a limited amount of these packets available so they will be on a first-come, first-served basis. The Fire Station is the first building opposite City Hall and our entrance is at the side of the building. PLEASE DO NOT USE THE DRIVEWAY MARKED “POLICE AND FIRE ONLY”.

Thank You.
