DRIVERS USING PLEASANT VALLEY ROAD WILL GET SOME RELIEF THIS FALL

Drivers using Pleasant Valley Road will get some relief this fall from the congestion and delays as a result of the road construction and repaving from Pearl to York roads.

The county is widening Pleasant Valley from two lanes to five lanes from Pearl to York, but according to Mike Tworzydlo, acting chief construction engineer for the Department of Public Works for Cuyahoga County, utility work on some sections is six months behind schedule, which causes delays in the paving work.
