Law Department
The Law Department advises the Mayor, City Council all City departments, boards and commissions on all legal matters concerning the city. The Law Department prepares and/or reviews all legislation, contracts and other legal documents, reviews and processes claims for damages, and manages all litigation. In addition, the Law Department prosecutes traffic and criminal cases that occur within the City of Middleburg Heights.
