Middleburg Heights Mayor’s Court convenes every Wednesday (excluding holidays) at 9 a.m. at City Hall. The first and third Wednesdays are reserved for full court, with the remaining Wednesdays reserved for arraignments.

If personal appearance is required, it is mandatory that the defendant attend Mayor’s Court on the date noted on the ticket.
