Middleburg Heights does not require point-of-sale inspections.

Can I have more than one shed on my property?
The Middleburg Heights Zoning Code allows only one storage shed or accessory structure on a residential property. The maximum permitted shed size depends on the size of the property. The Storage Shed Permit Application lists all regulations for accessory structures, including maximum permitted sizes.
Can a contractor register for more than one trade?
Contractors may register for more than one trade provided that all registration requirements are satisfied for each trade. Separate application fees must be paid for each trade registered, but only one surety bond is required.
Does the City of Middleburg Heights require the bond on its own bond form?
The city does not provide its own bond form. The original bond form supplied by your insurance company should be submitted with the contractor registration application documents.
How long are permits valid?
Permitted work must be started within six (6) months of the permit issuance date. Once work has started, it should progress in a timely manner and should be completed within one year.
