The office of Clerk of Council is required by a provision in our City Charter. The Council Clerk is appointed by City Council and has a variety of duties, including:
- To assist Council members in performing their work by keeping accurate and complete journals of all the proceedings of Council, acting as legal custodian of city records and as liaison between city council and the administration.
- To assist the public in contacting council members, providing information about council activities and city ordinances, zoning codes and projects up for bidding.

Her office is located on the third floor of City Hall at 15700 Bagley Road.
Business hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays.
