This morning Common Pleas Judge and Vietnam War hero, Michael E. Jackson, delivered an inspiring speech to the
well-attended 21st Memorial Day Ceremony held at the City’s Community Center.
Mayor Gary W. Starr and all members of City Council thank those who attended this year’s great ceremony.
“We are all grateful that Judge Jackson took the time to come and give a speech that reminded us of how fortunate we are to live in a country defended by the brave men and women of our military,” Starr said.
The attendees were awed by patriotic music including bagpipe and horn.
