Summer officially starts here in Middleburg Heights on Thursday, June 18, at our “Summer in the City” Festival! Come hear the HOTTEST and one of the city’s most talked-about bands, “Ace Molar”!
“Ace Molar” is a high energy, upbeat cover band that performs Rock-n-Blues tunes everyone knows and loves! Their song list includes music from the 50’s through the 90’s, so there will be a song on their list everyone knows! The crowd will be dancing and singing along to songs performed by Todd Meany, a Middleburg Heights native and son of City Councilman Bill Meany. (We have been told that the entire family is musically talented!) Todd is a singer and plays harp, keys and trumpet in the band. He and fellow band members Greg Lapsevich (Drums and  Vocals), Ken Cali (Guitar and Vocals) and Sammy Free (Bass and Vocals) make up the band. Here are some of the songs you will hear on Thursday evening:

Gimme Some Lovin, Hush, Saw Her Standing There, Soul Man, Ain’t Too Proud To Beg, Can’t Get Enough, Can’t You See, Cold Sweat, Crazy Little Thing, Knock On Wood, Midnight Hour, Travelin Band, 867-5309, Don’t You Forget About Me, The Old Apartment, T-R-O-U-B-L-E, Let The Good Times Roll, Sweet Home Chicago.
